As we move towards a more technologically advanced society it is more important than ever that we maintain a connection with the natural environment that surrounds us.  In this project Google Earth was used to create an interactive tour through ones natural surroundings.  The tour allows us to see some ones backyard through their eyes and provides valuable connections tp placed based learning as well as resource rich links to further our knowledge.  Google Earth is free, easy to use and if you would like to create a tour like this one please click the link here for an quick tutorial video.   Click the picture below for access to the tour.
